Acting as a bridge between the designer and the retailer, Fashion Identity’s main goal is to facilitate the ordering process for international retailers.Solving issues of discrepancies and complaints on merchandise is of primary concern. All orders are delivered to our office first and thereafter distributed to shops. All merchandise is carefully examined by our staff to insure quantity and quality of the shipment. Arrangements for the delivery of each order are then made along with individual invoices and packing lists.The whole procedure is to make the export a consolidated, simple and efficient process for the designer and retailer.
